Terms and Conditions

1. About the App

Utility Tracker helps you manage household and domestic service providers (such as maids, cooks, drivers, and similar staff), including tracking attendance, work rates, payroll, and payment history.

2. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information about yourself and the service providers you manage.
• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App or its backend services.

4. Data You Enter

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of attendance, rate, payroll, and payment records you enter into the App. Utility Tracker is a record-keeping tool and does not verify the accuracy of information you provide.

5. Payments

The App helps you track and calculate amounts owed to service providers. Utility Tracker does not process, hold, or transfer money on your behalf. Any payments referenced in the App are recorded for your own tracking purposes only and are settled directly between you and the service provider outside the App.

6. Notifications and Reminders

The App may send local notifications and reminders (e.g., attendance or payment reminders) based on settings you configure. You can manage these permissions through your device settings at any time.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party infrastructure providers, including Supabase (authentication and data storage) and our backend API services, to operate. Your use of the App is also subject to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculations (such as payroll amounts) will be free of errors caused by data you entered.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utility Tracker and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including disputes with service providers over payments or attendance records.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
